A Day in the Life of the Veggies

Today I am going to explain the health benefits in some of my favorite vegetables. 

1. Bok Choy: Bok Choy is a rich source of vitamins C, A, and K. Bok Choy also delivers proteins and dietary fiber. 

2. Bean Sprouts: Bean Sprouts contain vitamins B, C, B1, B6, K, and A. It also contains iron, magnesium, phosphorus, & omega 3 fatty acids. 

3. Pico de Gallo: Pico de Gallo contains vitamin C, vitamin A, & lycopene, and potassium.

4. Water Chestnuts: Water Chestnuts are another one of my favorite veggies! It has fiber, potassium, zinc, vitamin B, and vitamin E.

These are just some of the options you can put in your bowl at Genghis Grill. Genghis Grill has a lot of other vegetables to choose from which means a lot more vitamins and nutrients!

Day 3: Vegetable Bowl

I went into Genghis Grill today for lunch with my husband and daughter. I got a lot of different veggies in my bowl today including cabbage, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, bok choy, and many other healthy vegetables!

Day 1 and 2

I have had so much fun in the three days I have been doing Health Kwest with Genghis Grill!! I can't wait to start my epic journey of losing weight, competing with my peer contestants, and of course, eating healthier!
